Please join OADC in welcoming Jonathan Henderson of Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua to the inaugural event in OADC’s “On Appeal” CLE series. Jonathan is the appeals attorney at the helm of Fisher v. Lee and Ritchie v. Helbig, et al. Each case represents a challenge to Oregon’s statutory cap on noneconomic damages in wrongful death matters. Jonathan argued both to the Oregon Court of Appeals, and has now generously agreed to share his experience and insights with the Oregon defense bar in this member-exclusive webinar. Attendees of this May 1 webinar event can expect to hear firsthand from Jonathan about how oral arguments went in each case, as well as a brief background on how those cases ended up before the Court of Appeals in the first place.
