Regular Member $400 Annually

Active attorney members of the Oregon State Bar who devote a substantial portion of their practice to representing the interests of individual defendants, businesses, insurance companies, or government entities in civil litigation.

First Year Members

Membership dues are complementary for the first year of membership for all attorney members of the Oregon State Bar who meet the criteria of being an OADC member.

Neutral Member $400 Annually

Neutrals, legal educators and existing members of the state or federal judiciary who do not maintain an active practice and are not classified as plaintiff or defense practitioners. Neutral members are non-voting members of OADC. Membership is complementary for the first year.

Government $200 Annually

Active attorney members of the Oregon State Bar who are inhouse counsel for a city, county, state or federal government entity.

Honorary Member $125 Annually

Former attorney members of the Oregon State Bar who devoted a substantial portion of their practice to representing the interests of individual defendants, businesses, insurance companies, or government entities in civil litigation who are now inactive or retired from practice.

Student

OADC is now offering a free membership to all students.
